Moment of Silence Guild Configuration and Bank

Hey Everyone, Now that we are back to the Moment of Silence there are a couple things I've noticed, just a couple general maintenance things I was hoping could be adjusted back to how they were before all the server merges.
I was hoping the Member rank could be able to set to set our Member notes again. Also about the Unity guild bank, With the majority of the Moments Guild bank having been transferred to Unity through the server merges, and there not seeming to be very many people if anyone playing on Unity, should there be an effort to move some of the Items back to MoS?
